Rules: Can be downloaded from the competition website in English, French and Russian.
Prizes: The recordings of the winners of the national competition are submitted to the jury of the 'International Radio Competition for Young Musicians "Concertino Praga"'. The national prize winners are invited to perform at the South Bohemia Festival Concertino Praga or at other concerts organised by the Czech Radio.
Application:
The participants are invited by Czech Radio to make recordings free of charge for the competition in October and November. These recordings will be reviewed by a Czech jury the following January and the best will be submitted for the international competition. Background:
The National Radio Competition of the Czech Republic 'Concertino Praga' is the first level of competition and has a long tradition since 1966. The winners of the national competition pass to the international level (International competition) where they are judged by an international jury. Further, with its membership since 1988, this competition is a long standing member of EMCY.
