After reviewing the DVD, s sent by the participants, the Jury has selected the following 15 participants for the semifinals in Moscow:

The semifinals were held in the central Music School of the Moscow State Conservatory March 27 and the jury has selected the best 6 semifinalists to the finals. The finals were plaid with orchestra March 28 in the concert hall of the Central Music School.
