Aleksandar, born in Belgrade (Serbia), began his musical education at the age of nine at the 'Dr Vojislav Vuckovic' Music School in the class of Olja Bajcic and has been in the class of Branka Ziravac-Jeremic since 2008. Currently he's in second year of the Music High School. Aleksandar participated also in master classes with Igor Lazko, Baruch Meir and Ninoslav Zivkovic.

Aleksandar won 1st Prize at the International Piano Competition 'Cita di Gorizia' 2008 (Italy), 1st Prize at the International Competition 'Davorin Jenko' 2010 in Belgrade (Serbia), 1st Prize at the International Piano Competition 'Nikolai Rubinstein' 2010 in Paris (France), 1st Prize and the special Chopin Award at the International Competition of Young Musicians 'Petar Konjovic' 2010, 1st Prize at the International Piano Competition 'Roma 2010'.

He performed in numerous concerts in Belgrade (Serbia): at the Belgrade Philharmonic Hall, Kolarac Concert Hall, Student Cultural Centre, Ethnographic Museum, The Cultural Centre of Belgrade, including concerts on the occasion of Chopin’s 200th Anniversary. He also performed at closing ceremony concerts of the competitions in Gorizia (Italy) and Paris (France).
