Andrija Lazarevic was born in Smederevo (Serbia). He was 10 when he started to play the guitar. He is now a third year student of the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague (Netherlands) in class of Prof. Zoran Dukic.

During the period of his music education, he attended master classes and courses with Pepe Romero, Aniello Desiderio, Carlo Marcione, Srdjan Tosic, Dimitri Illarionov, Marcin Dylla, Zoran Krajišnik, Miroslav Tadic, Srđan Bulatović, Alexander Swete, Maroje Brcic, Hubert Keppel, and others.

Andrija was awarded prizes in several competitions: the 1st Prize at the Republic competition Belgrade, the 2nd Prize at the II International guitar festival in Split, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize at the `Guitar Art´ International Festival in Belgrade. He was also awarded the 1st Prize at the Sarajevo International Guitar Festival and at the International Gitarrenfestival Nordhorn in Germany.

in 2015 he was awarded the 2nd Prize at the Anna Amalia Guitar Competition for Young Guitarists.
