Arseniy was born in Yekaterinburg and studies currently at the Ural Music College in the class of Alla Shakhnovskaya.

In 2010 he was awarded the 1st Prize and the diploma for the best performance of Bach’s Prelude and Fugue at the International Vladimir Krainev Young Pianists Competition. He also took part of the Finalists’ Recital at the Big Hall of the Kharkov‘s State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre named after M. Lysenko, of the Finalists’ Recital at the concert hall of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine (Kiev) and of the Finalists’ Recital in the Moscow International House of Music. In 2010 he also won the 3rd Prize at the International Blüthner Contest of Young Pianists. He has also won the 2nd Prize at the International Youth Competition ‘Performer-Composer’ 2009 in St. Petersburg, the 3rd Prize and Special Diploma ‘A Hope’ at the at the International M. Balakirev Piano Competition 2008 in Krasnodar (Russia), the 2nd Prize at the International Piano Competition ‘Russian seasons in Yekaterinburg’ 2008, 1st Prize at the International Stanislav Neuhaus Piano Competition 2007 in Chelyabinsk (Russia) and the 1st Prize at the International Piano Competition ‘Europe – Asia’ 2004 in Orsk (Russia).

Arseniy is also a composer and has written compositions for woodwinds, piano and choir. His teacher in this field is Maxim Bassok, professor at the Ural State Conservatory and an Honored Worker of Arts of the Russian Federation. In 2006 Arseniy won the 2nd Prize at the Regional Siberian Askold Murov competition of young composers, in 2004 the diploma at the International Valery Gavrilin competition ‘I am composer’ in St. Petersburg and in 2003 the 3rd Prize at the Regional Siberian Askold Murov competition of young composers.
