Bojan was born in Skopje (Macedonia) and started playing the accordion at the age of seven with Professor Zorica Karakutovska. After finishing primary music school, he continued his musical education at the Music High School 'Ilija Nikolovski-Luj' Skopje and later with Prof. Zorica Karakutovska at the Faculty of Music Skopje, which he graduated cum laude in 2010, and in which he is currently a postgraduate student in class of Prof. Zorica Karakutovska.

Bojan was already a prize winner of different national competitions during the primary music school. He won reward at the National music competition 1997 in Bitola and 1st Prize as member of accordion quartet at the National competition for chamber music 1999 in Skopje. Later he won 2nd Prize at the National Music Competition for Youth 2003 in Skopje, special 1st Prize for Accordion Trio (Kolovski-Peric-Volcevski) and special 1st Prize for Accordion Quartet (Stamevski-Kolovski-Peric-Volcevski) at the National competition for chamber music 2005 in Bitola, a reward at the International Competition for Young Musicians 'Ohrid Pearls' 2005 in Ohrid, 1st Prize at the National Music Competition for Youth 2006 in Skopje, 1st Prize for the Accordion Trio (Volcevski-Kolovski-Peric) and special prize from the Ministry of Culture at the International competition 'Mocartiana M' 2006 in Skopje. In 2006 he was also awarded the 'Klimentina Rafajlovska' Best Musician-Instrumentalist Award in the generation 2002/2006. He also won 1st Prize at the International Competition for Young Musicians 'Ohrid Pearls' 2007 in Ohrid, 1st Prize for for Accordion Duo (Peric-Volcevski) and Accordion Trio (Kolovski-Peric-Volcevski) on the National competition for chamber music 2008 in Skopje, 1st Prize at the National Music Competition for Youth 2009 in Skopje, 1st Prize at the Leo Ceroni competition 2010 in Riolo Terme (Italy), 1st Prize at the Accordion Art Festival Competition 2010 in Pineto (Italy) and 1st Prize at the International Art Festival Competition 2010 in Struga (Macedonia).

Bojan is very active on the concert stage. He performed on the concert named 'The evening of the accordion with the class of Prof. Zorica Karakutovska' as part of the 'Skopje Summer Festival 2006', on the Gala concert for the celebration of the 40th jubilee of the Faculty of Music Skopje in 2006, on the Gala concert of the 60th jubilee celebration of Music High School 'Ilija Nikolovski-Luj' in the Universal Hall Skopje with the Accordion Quartet in 2005, on the Accordion concert of students of Prof. Zorica Karakutovska in the Concert Hall 'Balabanovata K'sta' in Plovdiv (Bulgaria) in 2004, on the 'Coupe Mondiale 2005' in Castelo Branco (Portugal), on the 'Akkordeonfest' 2006 in Belgrade (Serbia), on the 'Primus Ikaalinen' competition 2007 in Ikaalinen (Finland) and on the Gala concert of World Accordion Day in the City Museum of Skopje in 2009.

Watch Bojan performing solo Weber's Konzertstück, Zolotaryov's Sonata No. 2 mov. I and movs. II and III, Scarlatti's Sonata in G Major, and as a part of ensemble Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, Vivaldi's Winter and Ilievska's Makedonikum.
