Dalia started to play violin at the age of four. She studied at the M. K. Ciurlionis Art School in 1995-2007 and at the Music Conservatoire in Cologne with Prof. Z. Bron in 2004-2007. Since 2007 she is a student of Prof. P. Munteanu at the Music Conservatoire in Rostock.

Dalia is a laureate of many international and national competitions: laureate of the International Balys Dvarionas Competition for Young Pianists and Violinists 1997 (Lithuania), laureate of the International Kocian Violin Competition 1999 (Czech Republic), laureate and special prize winner for the best performance of the musical composition, attributed to the epoch of classicism, at the National Lithuanian Balys Dvarionas Piano & String Competition (Lithuania), 1st Prize winner of the International Competition for Pianists, Violinists and Cellists 'Young Musician' 2000 (Estonia), laureate and special prize winner for the best performance of B. Dvarionas composition at the International Balys Dvarionas Competition for Young Pianists and Violinists 2000 (Lithuania), 2nd Prize winner of the International S. Sondeckis Competition 2003 (Lithuania), laureate of the International and National Lithuanian Balys Dvarionas Piano & String Competition 2004 (Lithuania), 1st Prize winner of the national competition for chamber orchestras 'The Spring Sonata' 2004 (Lithuania), Grand Prix and the special award for being the brightest participant of the competition at the International Competition for Violin, Kloster Schöntal 2007 (Germany), laureate of the International J. Brahms Competition in Poertschach (Austria) and special award of the Mozart Academy in 2008, 1st Prize and the Gold Medal winner of the International H. Szeryng five tours' Competition 2008 (Mexico).

She has performed as a soloist in many countries in Europe and America. Dalia has repeatedly performed with Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, the Lithuanian National Symphonic Orchestra, the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra, the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra, the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra, Norddeutsche Philharmonie, the 'Kaertner' Symphonic orchestra, the State Symphonic Orchestra of the City of Mexico, the Monterrey Symphonic Orchestra and the Guanajuato Symphonic Orchestra. In 2006 she played with the Vilnius Philharmonic under M. Rostropovich.

In 2002 Dalia was awarded the M. K. Ciurlionis Prize. In 2004 she received the Queen Morta's award. Since 2004 she holds also a scholarship of M. Rostropovich Foundation. In 2009 the President of the Republic of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus awarded Dalia with his denominative award for her creative achievements.

Dalia was selected by EMCY and the German Radio Philharmonic Orchestra to perform in the EuroRadio Youth Concert and an extra live broadcast in April 2011 in Kaiserslautern and Saarbrücken, Germany.
