Eva-Nina lives with music even more than she lives for music.

She has enjoyed having many nice experiences in her life and all of them are precious to her: concerts and competitions, working with her professor, being with her friends and family. She dreams of sharing beautiful music with other people in the future.

She speaks English and French and her musical taste is exclusively classical. Among her favorite composers are Dvorak, Rachmaninoff and Liszt, her favorite composition is 'Chant de Linos' by André Jolivet. With her sights firmly set on becoming a professional flute soloist, she dedicates herself to her studies aspiring to someday travel to as many countries as she can, particularly France due to its interesting musical history.

Eva-Nina began playing flute and piano at the age of seven. She graduated at the Ljubljana Music and Ballet Conservatory under Prof. Milena Lipovšek and is also a second year student of the First Secondary School in Celje. She began competing in year 2005. At the first competition, an international flute competition in Serbia, she won 1st Prize, and since then she has participated in several competitions in Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia as well as Italy. Her competition highlights are 2nd Prize at the national competition in 2006 in the solfeggio category, 1st Prize at the flute category and a special prize for her compulsory rendition as well as for achieving the maximum possible of 100 points at the national TEMSIG competition 2007. In 2007 she was also awarded 1st Prize and the title 'Laureate of the Competition' for achieving maximum points at the international flute competition in Pozarevac (Serbia) and 1st Prize accompanied by several special prizes at the international flute competition in Koper (Slovenia). She won also 1st Prizes at the at the international music competition in Trieste 2008 (Italy), at the international flute competition 'Flauta Aurea 2009' in Zagreb (Croatia), at the preselection for Slovenian representative of Eurovision Young Musicians 2010 competition and at the Anton Eberst International Competition 2009 in Novi Sad (Serbia). In 2010 she received the Lucijan Marija Škerjanc Award for exceptional artistic achievements and won 1st Prize at the Eurovision Young Musicians.

Eva-Nina was a member of the Ljubljana Music and Ballet Conservatory Symphony and Chamber Orchestra and has performed with several renowned international orchestras. As a soloist, she has performed with the RTV Slovenija Symphony Orchestra, Southeast Europe Symphony Orchestra, Ljubljana Music and Ballet Conservatory Symphony and Chamber Orchestra, String Orchestra from the school of young music talents in Cuprija (Serbia) and the Celje Music School Symphony Orchestra. She has also recorded as a soloist for RTV Ljubljana radio and TV station and with the RTV Slovenija Symphony Orchestra, member of duet and Chamber orchestra. As a flutist she collaborated with Slovenian composers Tomaž Habe and Anže Rozman.

She has participated in master classes of Prof. Emmanuel Pahud, Sir James Galway, Prof. Phillipe Bernold, Prof. Davide Formissano, Prof. Andrea Oliva, Prof. Janos Balint, Prof. Maxence Larrieu, Prof. Gaspar Hoyos, Spec. Milena Lipovšek, Prof. Liza Hawlina Prešicek, Prof. Jan Ostry, Prof. Petri Alanko, Prof. Walter Auer, Prof. Karl-Heinz Schütz, Prof. Jeffrey Cohan, Prof. Michel Debost.

Eva-Nina was chosen by EMCY and Romanian Radio to perform a solo concert in the EuroRadio Youth Concert 2012 in Bucharest.
