Gile was born in Capelle aan den Yssel, Netherlands. She began to play the piano at the age of five. At the age of six she was accepted  in the Young Talent Class at the Royal Conservatory of the Hague. Her teacher there is Marlies van Gent.

Gile has appeared several times with orchestra: at the age of six with Haydn's Concerto in C Major in Korea, then with the Camerata Amsterdam and Mozart's Piano Concerto KV 246 in 2003, with the Atheneum Chamber Orchestra conducted by Malcolm Singer (director of the Yehudi Menuhin School)  and Haydn's Concerto in D Major in 2005 and in 2009, and Mozart's Concerto in A Major, KV 414 with the same orchestra but this time conducted by Arjan Tien.

Gile won 1st Prize in her age category at the International Steinway Piano Competition in the Netherlands in 2000. In 2008 she won 2nd prize at the International EPTA Competition in Belgium and the Maria Campina International Piano Competition in Portugal as well as two 1st prizes at the national competition in the Netherlands. In 2010 Gile won 1st Prize in the highest category of the International Steinway Piano Competition and was chosen as representative of the Netherlands during the International Steinway Festival in Hamburg. In the same year Gile won 1st Prize in the Princess Christina Competition in the Netherlands. Gile also played for the radio including performances in the Spiegelzaal in Amsterdam.

She has given many recitals in the Netherlands, including in the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, in the Theather Diligentia for the State Council, De Doelen, Philharmonie, Lucent Dans Theater, Anton Philips Hall, and also abroad including Italy, Czech Republic (Prague), Germany (Berlin, Hamburg), Switzerland (Lucerne) and South Korea (Seoul). She has also played several times for the Queen of the Netherlands.

Gile has participated in many masterclasses for instance with Marcel Baudet, Rian de Waal, Paul Kome, David Kuyken, Jan Wijn, Naum Grubert, Ruth Nye, Jean Yves Thibaudet, Tatiana Zelikman, Mila Balawskaya, Elza Kolodin, Igor Roma, Geoffrey Madge, M.Boris Petrushansky, M.Ricardo Risaliti, and M. Franco Scala.
