Inga Alexandrovna Rodina was born in the family of astrophysicist and biologist in suburb village near Moscow. Since 2005 she studies violin at the Gnessin State Musical College in Moscow with Prof. Tatiana Berkul and performs often as a soloist in different concert halls in Moscow. In addition to violin, she also plays piano and likes to accompany her four-year-old sister Marfa, quite an experienced violinist as well.

In 2010 Inga won 1st Prizes at two independent national competitions in St. Petersburg. In the same year, she made her debut in international competition and won 1st Prize in the youngest category at the International Kocian Violin Competition in Usti-nad-Orlici (Czech Republic).

Inga has been supported by the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation since 2008 and in 2010 she was granted a stipendium for gifted young musicians from the Yu. Rosum Foundation.

She is a strong personality with wide interests and particular character. Besides music, she likes reading, looking into telescope and microscope, hiking, planting flowers and nursing her numerous pets. She plans to become a mother of nine and professional violinist.
