Oleg, born in Simferopol in Crimea (Ukraine), began to take piano classes at the age of five. At the age of seven he moved to Moscow with his parents and undertook further study in music at the district Children's Music School. He chose another musical instrument - French horn and studied at the Gnesin Music School in Moscow from the age of ten to thirteen, and later at the Music High School of the St. Petersburg Conservatoire. Since 2007 Oleg is a student of the N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg State Conservatoire in the class of Prof. A. Glukhov.

He won 3rd Prize at the Mravinsky International Competition for Youth 2006, 1st Prize at the International Competition of Young Wind Instrument Performers in memory of N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov 2005, and 2nd Prize at the Mravinsky International Competition of Youth 2010.

Oleg is an artist of the St. Petersburg Academic Symphony Orchestra of the St. Petersburg Shostakovich Philharmonic.
