The Trio Werther arose from a musical and friendly meeting in 2008, within the CNSM of Paris where the three young musicians study at present. It is constituted of Nathanaël Gouin-Mossé (piano), Matthieu Handtschoewercker (violin) and Julie Sévilla-Fraysse (cello).
Admitted in chamber music in the class of Claire Désert and Amy Flammer, the young artists have the privilege from their beginning as trio, to represent the CNSMDP of Paris to the Élysée Palace in June, 2008, on the occasion of the first Music festival given in this place.
In 2009, their talent is rewarded during the International Competition Maria Canals in Barcelona, because the Trio Werther wins a Medal unanimously. They participated to the 29th International Festival of Piano of Roque d'Anthéron. Like trio in Residence, the young musicians benefited of the experiment of big professionals such as the Trio Wanderer, Christian Ivaldi Emmanuel Strosser and Claire Désert, during Master's Classes. During the Festival, the trio was also invited in the broadcast 'The magazine of the Festival' of France Musique, presented by Stéphane Grant.
The trio performes regularly in France and abroad (Spain, Israel).
